Deepdale Farm Guided Walks
|When:||The first Thursday of each month|
|Presenter:||The Deepdale Farm team|
|Venue:||Deepdale Farm, Burnham Deepdale, Norfolk|
|Pricing:||£5 per person|
Nathan and/or Jason will lead a guided walk around Deepdale Farm on the first Thursday of each month.
The walk is about 3km, and we’ll stop en route in various places to talk about what we can see. We’ll look at our crops and how we’re transforming the way we farm through regenerative and organic farming practices. We’ll also look at nature conservation on the farm including hedges, farm wildlife and what we’re doing to support it, and our woodland. We’ll be out for about an hour and a half.
We’ll also be talking about the work our lovely volunteer team, The Hedge Collective, carry out on the farm, and opportunities to get involved in what we’re doing.
You’ll get to see areas of the farm that aren’t usually open to the public and we’ll share some amazing views.
We may record small parts of the walk for our monthly podcast – The Deepdale Podcast – which you are more than welcome to participate in (or avoid entirely!)
Places are limited, so please make sure you book ahead.
