Norwich Backpackers Hostel to Lease - City Centre, Norwich, Norfolk

We are developing a new hostel in the centre of Norwich, Norfolk, and are looking for tenants to lease the business or possibly managers to run it. We have bought the old Ferry Boat Inn on King St in the centre of the city and are now drawing up plans to develop the site.  Then we'll kit it out and open it to the public.  Unlike Deepdale, we don't plan to run the new hostel before leasing it out.  Therefore we are looking for tenants to take on the property before the development is complete and then open it to the public.  Alternatively we might consider taking on managers to run the hostel, however they would be expected to buy into the business within three years. Deepdale Cycle Hire to Lease - Deepdale Farm, Burnham Deepdale, north Norfolk coast

Cycle hire is something our customers at Deepdale have been asking for since we opened the doors of the hostel.  A localish company can deliver bikes for customers, but they need to be ordered the day before and it puts off customers from booking. We'd like to see a cycle hire company based at Deepdale.  Primarily during the peak seasons they would concentrate on cycle hire, as we have over 400 people on site each night and the peak demand for cycle hire will be significant.  However there are quieter times in the year and we'd like to see the cycle hire company develop out of season cycle tours, both guided and self-guided.  These could be promoted with the hostel and campsite.
