SERVICES: Mains water, electricity and drainage are connected to the property.  Gas fired underfloor heating is provided, and windows are fitted with vacuum sealed double glazing units.  Telephone lines are already installed and broadband is available.  Staff loos are provided and shared with other units on the site, and recycling and rubbish facilities are also provided onsite.  Both loos and recycling are maintained by Deepdale Farms and form part of the service charge.
