off your stays at Deepdale If you've
booked and stayed 5 or more times at Deepdale, since 1st June 2003,
you are eligible for a Deepdale Gold Card.
The Deepdale Gold Card gives the holder 10% off
their bookings at Deepdale, in the
backpackers hostel,
group hostel or
campsite - Terms and conditions apply.
Gold Cards are for customers use only and
their pitch, room, tipi or Yurt and not a second Tipi, Yurt or
Pitch. The exception is the Granary as this is only booked as
a whole unit. The Gold Card is not transferable to the
holders family and friends and can only be used if the customer is
staying.
The Gold Card holder must make the booking and quote
the details at the time of booking, any discounts will not be applied at a
later stage only at the time of booking. The Gold Card holder must be
the booking name.
A Gold Card can be used after issue only and not
applied to bookings made before this is given.
A Gold Card is given and to be used at the discretion
of Deepdale Leisure limited and conditions of use can be changed or amended at
any time.
Deepdale Leisure retain the right to remove a Gold Card
from any customer found to be misusing the card, or for breaking the terms and
conditions and on site policies.
We don't send out Gold Cards - usually our system will
tell us if you are entitled, however this does not always happen, so if you
think you are entitled please ask. It is your 6th visit where discount
will be applied, however only at the time of booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers must quote their customer number with
all bookings to be eligible for the Gold Card discount
- Gold Card is for use on the holders
pitch, Tipi, Yurt or Room, and not 2nd Pitches Tipi's Yurts or
rooms - the exceptions being any children staying with Parents who
hold a Gold Card or the Granary Group Hostel which is
booked as 1 unit.
- All Gold Card discounts will only be
applied at the time of Booking and not applied Later
- All Gold Card bookings made in another
name - where a Gold card holder is staying are not entitled
to a Gold Card discounts
- All Gold Card booking discounts must be
made online, using the booking forms on our website, or though
calling Deepdale information Centre on 01485 210256
- Discounted bookings must be in the name of the
Gold Card customer
- The customer named on the Gold Card must
be staying for the whole booking
- Payment for the booking must be one single
payment, made by the Gold Card customer
- Gold Card discounts cannot be used in
conjunction with any other offer
- Deepdale must always have a valid contact
number, mobile number and email address for Gold Card
customers
- Gold Card customers must agree to
receiving four newsletters a year via post or email
- Gold Card customers must have booked and
stayed 5 or more times at Deepdale. Bookings made under other
people's names do not count.
- Customers must show their Gold Card on
arrival or they will be required to repay the 10% discount.
- Deepdale reserve the right to cancel or refuse
Gold Cards at any point and for any reason.
