If you've booked and stayed 5 or more times at Deepdale, since 1st June 2003, you are eligible for a Deepdale Gold Card. The Deepdale Gold Card gives the holder 10% off their bookings at Deepdale, in the backpackers hostel, group hostel or campsite - Terms and conditions apply. Gold Card customers can make a discounted booking which includes their friends, but the Gold Card customer must be staying for the whole booking and pay for the whole booking. For example a Gold Card customer could book Deepdale Granary Group Hostel at the discounted rate, which of course means there could be another 17 people in the booking, but they must pay for the entire booking and be staying for the whole duration of the booking. We don't send out Gold Cards, you need to pick up your card from Deepdale Information if you think you are eligible. Our system tells us how many times you've stayed. If you think you've stayed 5 times since 1st June 2003 (when we installed our new booking system), then you are probably eligible. Remember though, staying as part of someone else's booking doesn't count. If at first the system tells us that you've stayed less than you expected, you may have ended up in the system more than once (it shouldn't happen but it does) or perhaps we have you and your partner listed separately. You help us correct our information and in return give you a discount for staying. Your Gold Card will give tell you your customer number, which is the important information, as this will make your booking quicker and mean you are eligible for the 10% discount.
