Deepdale Christmas Market - New Stall
Enquiry Thank you for your interest
in having a stall at the Deepdale Christmas Market, which is being
held on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th December 2010 at Dalegate Market, Burnham Deepdale,
north Norfolk coast.
The market will be open from 10am to 6pm on Saturday
and 10am to 4pm on Sunday, with a Christmas carol evening on Saturday evening from 4pm to
6pm.
Please note
that stalls are either in the marquee (new for 2010) or outdoors, there is no indoor space.
The marquee, which is new this year, will house 20 stands (2m frontage & 3m
deep) with general marquee lighting. This will be a huge improvement,
as basic gazebos didn't survive the winter elements last year.
- We ask that stalls are setup by 10am on Saturday and
Sunday morning
and don't pack up until 6pm on Saturday or 4pm on Sunday. Stalls need to set themselves
up and supply everything they need for themselves.
- Vehicles can be drawn up to stands for setup (before
10am both Saturday and Sunday) and breakdown (after 6pm Saturday, 4pm
Sunday), but otherwise vehicles are to be parked at the rear of the site.
- We will be able to provide electricity
for lighting, if you require electricity for anything more heavy duty then
please let us know and we can discuss the possibilities.
We are trying not to duplicate stalls at the market, to
offer a real selection to visitors. Therefore please fill out the form
below with as much information as possible and we will confirm back to you
shortly whether you are booked in, at the same time we will send you a
payment link.

marquee (Recommended) (new for this year) or £30 for the two days if you provide
your own cover (FULL). We do
offer a few free stalls for charities, which are chosen on merit.
Depending on availability nearer to the event, we may be
able to offer spaces for just Saturday or Sunday, but currently we are only
taking bookings for stalls on both days.
Accepted and paid stalls will be listed on the Deepdale
website until the event, with stall name, description and website or email.
