Deepdale Bike Hire supply safe, good quality bikes, trailers and child seats for use by guests staying at Deepdale Backpackers Hostel & Campsite and for visitors to this area of the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

The fleet of bikes is available for both experienced and novice riders, enabling families, groups and individuals to enjoy the natural environment in a safe, sustainable and healthy manner. We have a range of hybrid bikes that are suitable for both road and off -road cycling, Dutch bikes for more sedate riding and children’s bikes for all ages.
The double buggy, tagalongs and child seats offer families with younger children the opportunity of spending quality time together…..relax and enjoy the quiet lanes, take a picnic and explore this wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
We use links with existing national cycle routes to the east and west of Deepdale, so that you can explore the wider parts of the AONB, including the inland heritage, and experience the diversity of the landscapes and communities that live and work here.
It’s easy to reach Deepdale Bike Hire using the Coasthopper bus service, meaning that you don’t have to drive anywhere during your visit to the North Norfolk coast. Leave the car behind, forget petrol prices and parking problems. We are working with local businesses to promote sustainable and responsible tourism and are ideally situated to make the most of the existing facilities.

Deepdale Bike Hire in Deepdale Forge will be open for call-in hire during school holidays and other peak times.

- Cycle up to Barrow Common and enjoy stunning views of the North Norfolk coastline.
- Visit the historic villages of Burnham Market, Burnham Thorpe ( Nelson’s birthplace) and Burnham Overy Staithe- wonderful pubs and cafes en route.
- Head to Holkham Hall and take in the spectacular parkland and deer herds….then continue to Wells-On-The-Sea for famous fish and chips on the harbour front…
