Deepdale Christmas Market - Stall
Enquiry Thank you for your interest
in having a stall at the Deepdale Christmas Market, which is being
held on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th December 2013 at
Dalegate Market, Burnham Deepdale,
North Norfolk Coast.
If you are interested in having a stand, please fill out
the form below and we will get in touch to confirm if you have been chosen.
We confirm stalls in batches. The first lot will be
decided upon at the end of February, a second batch (if we have spaces) will
be decided upon at the end of April. Any other spaces are filled in
the months running up to the event.
The market will be open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and
Sunday, with Christmas Carols on Saturday afternoon and other entertainment
at various points throughout the weekend.
We estimate we had about 10,000 visitors in 2012 and had
excellent reports from the majority of stalls holders about the number and
quality of visitors.
STALL LOCATIONS - For the 2013 Deepdale Christmas
Market, there will be five choices of location for stall holders. As
usual there will be the Dalegate Marquee on the front car park of the
site, Walkway Marquee outside The Hare & The Hen, Orchard Marquee
at the rear of the site (which has a new layout this year), Outside Stalls dotted around the site and
new for this year St Mary's Church on the opposite side of the road.
Except for stalls in the church, please note
that stalls are either in the marquees or outdoors.
The marquees are lit with general marquee
lighting.
- We require that stalls are setup by 9.30am on Saturday and
Sunday mornings
and don't pack up until 4pm on either day. Late stalls may be refused
entry without a refund. Stalls need to set themselves
up and supply everything they need for themselves. Tables can be
booked in advance, usually £6.30 plus VAT per table.
- Vehicles can be drawn up close to marquees for setup
(before 9.30am both Saturday and Sunday) and breakdown (after 4pm on both
days), but otherwise vehicles are to be parked in the farm yard.
- We will be able to provide electricity
for lighting and possibly for other uses. If you require electricity for anything
then
please let us know and we can discuss the possibilities.
STALL SELECTION - We are very selective when choosing stalls and pick from
hundreds of applicants. This means we can offer an excellent range of
types and price ranges to visitors. Therefore please fill out the form
below with as much information as possible and we will confirm back to you
in due course whether we'd like to offer you a place, at the same time we will send you a
time limited payment link.

OUTSIDE STALLS - If you are interested in an outside stall, then we must
stress that you need to be prepared and a cheap gazebo won't be suitable.
ST MARY'S CHURCH - Stalls in the church will be
sited amongst the pews, which are fixed in place. A table top will be
provided and is laid across 3 pews, making an excellent frontage, however
stall holders must cope with a pew in the centre of their stall. Big
advantage is that the church will be heated and there will be coffee and tea
on offer!
CHARITY STALLS - We do offer a few free stalls for charities, which are
chosen on merit.
It is highly unlikely that we will offer any spaces for
just Saturday or Sunday and currently we are only
taking bookings for stalls on both days.
HAMPER COMPETITION - To encourage people to sign up to a
mailing list, we are offering the chance to win a hamper. In return
for at least £5 worth of goods for each hamper, we'll ask customers if they
mind us sharing their contact details with you and provide you a list after
the event. We'll need to collect the donated items from you on
Saturday morning of the market, so the hamper prize can be given to the
winner on Saturday or Sunday. Companies donating towards the hamper
will be named on the mailing list page.
Accepted and paid stalls will be listed on the Deepdale
website until the event, with stall name, description and website or email.
