That’s right peoples… my Mummy has been a little bit clever and written a book. She obviously has gotten the idea from all my blogging and recently I have been tweeting too. So she has followed in my pawsteps and been hiting the keyboard (I mean typing) a lot. A very lot.  Actually it is a very very very lot. The ‘uman seems to be in charge now…. I don’t like it. She doesn’t know her left from her right!

Anyway, Mummy’s book now has a front cover…

And she’s hopping about all excited. I don’t know what it’s about… she said I was too young to read it… I said if I didn’t write it, I don’t want to read it… so there! I like sitting in puddles but I don’t particularly like putting my face underwater like these peoples in the picture are doing!

She also seems to be following in my pawsteps with regards to stick shaping. I use my teeth to make the sticks on the common just the right shapes. Mummy uses these sharp bits of metal and a mal’t… male… a hammer, and makes the big sticks have words and pictures for my new Yurts at Woodview. Like this….

She scraped and hammered and then used fire and some other stuff to ‘finish’ the big sticks. Now they are all up with the new Yurts and looking pretty cool. Even if they are a bit too big for anyone to throw for me!

I am also very dissapointed. School tonight has been cancelled due to snow!

I went to the Jolly Sailor’s quiz night on Tuesday with Mummy 1 and 2, and Auntie Susan.

We called our group Merlin’s maniac’s and we came last.

In Norfolk there are lots of stones. You may have seen them when you came to visit me at my Campsite? Well I have discovered that not all of these stones are doggie friendly. Some of them are even unfriendly! As a result I have had several slices on my paws. Long thin cuts like big paper cuts (so the ‘Uman says) that won’t heal properly ‘cos the stones keep being unfreindly! So my ‘Uman went on the ‘tinterweb and found these….

They are specially designed doogie bootie’s with go faster lumi… lumnes… lumina… bright white stripes!

I’m not entirley convinced at this point. Mummy says I’m walking like a ballarina learning to do point… whatever that means! However, I have just been down to the coastal path and the stones were much freindlier to me and my new doggie booties with gripy bits of rubber on the bottom’s! Watch this space.

People’s I have decided that I love’s Christmas.

And this is why….

We got a whole plate full of Christmas dinner…. Each!

I have made a discovery about food though…  I don’t like little lettuces. Even when they are cooked with bacon bits.

Yes people’s….  it’s busy and crazy and there is lots happening at the shops by my campsite this weekend… and it’s started already! The Christmas Market has landed!

My friends at the Cafe are making lots of grub for the people’s who are coming to visit…

This is lester… he does lots of the cooking at the cafe. He like’s it when people say hello to him, ‘cos it gets lonely sometimes stuck in the kitchen’s all of the time.

There are lots of stalls for you to buy some things for Christmas if you haven’t finished getting all of your pressie’s yet. Mummy took some pictures incase you need any idea’s…

 and my all time fav…. Ollie’s Paw-tisserie….

  Apparently I look like someone called Homer Simpson when I drool?!?!?!?

Dear Santa

This is my Christmas wish list, as next week is the Christmas market here at Deepdale. It’s going to be fantastic. There are lots of stalls coming… Mummy is particularly exited about the Chocolate Deli, and would like to have some of those things in her stocking but I can’t wait to get see Ollie’s Paw-tisserie! I have been doing some research on the inter net and devised the following Chritmas pressie list, for underneath my Christmas tree this year.

Dog-nuts…… mmmmm

Pup- cakes…. mmmmm

Woofie – pies….. mmmmmm

Bark – well tarts ….. mmmmm

Petit – paws…. mmmmm

Paw – friteroles…. mmmmm

and Pup – tarts …. mmmmmm

I have been a very good girl all year so please add me to the nice pile… Merlins has been naughty on occassion and should probably not get anything on her list… but you should send it to me instead.

The Mummy’s have spent lots of time riding around on the four wheeled motorbike this winter and ordering peoples about to get the new Woodview area ready for Tipi Greg to move the Tipi’s and Yurt’s onto it.

I decided to pinch Mummy’s camera and go take a look for myself.

I decided it’s looking pretty good, and I will accept this as an extension to my campsite. You may be wondering why the Mummy’s decided to call it Woodview…..?

This is the view that you’ll see from outside the Tipi’s and Yurt’s once they’re moved. Aren’t the Mummy’s imaginative?

Mummy and the ‘Uman have been looking for winter activities for me and Jazz ‘cos they prefer not to get wet and cold outside but I require lots of excre…exes… eserci… of running around to ‘wear out my batteries’.

So they discovered Flyball.
This involves me running over hurdles to catch a ball from a ‘chine, then run back over the hurdles and give the ball to the Mummy.

I was brilliant… if I do say so myself.

Also the Aliens have been and replaced Jazz with some kind of glowing eyed robot-o-Jazz. Like from Doctor Who but not as silvery. See?  Watch the eyes… very hypno… hipnot… hpin… very scary.

Yesterday the weather was awful so the Mummy’s decided to do something a bit different for Me and Jazz. They took us shopping to Go Outdoor’s. The Mummy’s got new foot covers. I was promised some foot covers if I came along.

I stilll have bare feets.
But the shop did have doggie treats for me to eat and i got to run up and down the little wooden hill while the ‘Uman tried out her foot covers.
Not too bad a day really.

Mummy went away for a weekend on some scuba diving first aid rescue diver… thingy-ma-jig and left me with the ‘Uman. My suposedly capable other mother! We lived on microwave food and pizza all weekend. Slept on the sofa and she let me get injured.

Pathetic isn’t it?

On other related news….

Mummy had a great time on her thingy-ma-jiggy and now has a certi… cerfic… cefitica… she’s got a bit of paper that says she can do scarey things underneath the water and give a doll the breath of life. She now needs to teach the ‘Uman how to use the washing machine, a first aid kit and the tin opener for dog food and all will be well with my world!

This is Mummy with her dive buddie’s… what I want to know is why I couldn’t go too? I like swimming… ish.

Other news, not related….

Mega busy summer… ta all for coming to visit me… next time give the ‘Uman some tips on child (dog) care for a single parent. Incase Mummy goes away again for a short time. Better yet leave your numbers if you’re interested in Merlin sitting!
